TOM LOGUE, MANAGING DIRECTOR

Fairmont Homes (NSW) Pty Ltd has been a family owned and operated business since it’s inception in 2000. Tom Logue has over 30 years’ experience as a builder and has carefully handpicked a highly experienced and motivated team. Tom credits his knowledge to his late father-in-law, builder and developer Domenic Vitocco: “he taught me the hard, old fashioned way of building and taught me to always have great respect for our clients."

DANIEL LOGUE, GENERAL MANAGER

Having been involved in the Building industry from a young age, Daniel’s current role sees him liaise closely with the clients regarding contracts administration and the day-to-day running of the company. This ensures every customer’s experience with Fairmont is as smooth as possible. Daniel holds a Diploma of Building Studies.

JOHN DAVEY, CONSTRUCTION COORDINATOR

John has been in the building industry for 30 years. He started his career as a carpenter, before going on to study and obtain his builders license. Having completed this, he served as the technical services manager for Australia’s largest Frame and Truss manufacturer, before starting with Fairmont Homes in 2004. John has a great working knowledge of both new homes and renovations.

TONY GRECH, ESTIMATING MANAGER

Tony is a licensed builder and has completed an Advanced Certificate in Building supervision and building contract management courses. He has extensive knowledge and experience in all facets of building, estimating and construction management. Tony's role includes the organisation of all orders and estimates, working closely with clients during the tender process.

JAMES LOGUE, HOUSING MANAGER

James has received his Diploma of Building and is currently a project manager/site supervisor for the company. With 10 years of experience in the construction industry, James brings a modern and fresh approach to building, with an extensive knowledge of construction processes and procedures due to his background in carpentry. James liaises with clients and works closely with our trades to ensure the client’s satisfaction is achieved and that the highest quality of work is carried out on our homes.

SHARON GILES, ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

Sharon has many years of office administration experience from a variety of industries. She works at the centre of the Fairmont Homes (NSW) business, organising and assisting at each stage of the building process. She is more than happy to help clients with any queries at any stage of the process.

DIANA LOGUE, FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

Diana works in partnership with Sharon in the day to day running of the office. She manages the accounts division as well as ensuring that clients gets the best possible product at the right price. Diana’s family background has provided her with a long history in the building industry.

LINCON MCLAREN, SALES MANAGER

Lincon has over 20 years’ experience in all facets of residential construction. Lincon and his team will guide clients through our display homes to ensure that their experience in the display homes is helpful and tailored to their needs.
