Tom Logue, Managing Director

Tom has been in the Building industry since arriving in Australia in the early 1980s. He has a background in accountancy from his early years living in the USA. Having traded under his own name building for 20 years, he founded Fairmont Homes (NSW) in 2000. Tom credits his knowledge to his late father-in-law, builder and developer, Dominic Vitocco. “He taught me the hard, old fashioned way of building and taught me to always have great respect for our clients”.

John Davey, Construction Coordinator

John has been in the building industry for 30 years. Having started his career as a carpenter, John went on to study and obtain his builders license. Having completed this, he served as the technical services manager for Australia’s Largest Frame and Truss manufacturer, before starting with Fairmont Homes in 2004. John has a great working knowledge of both new homes and renovations.

Daniel Logue, Housing Manager/Estimator

Having been involved in the Building industry from a young age, Daniel went on to study a Diploma of Building, graduating with a distinction level. He started his career on site as a carpenter before moving into a supervising role. He currently liaises closely with the clients in organising quotes, estimating and the day to day running to ensure your experience with Fairmont is as smooth as possible.

James Logue, Supervisor

James to, has grown up in the building industry. James studied a Diploma of Building, and currently works onsite, ensuring that all workmanship is to the highest standard.

Diana Logue, Accounts

Diana works in partnership with Sharon in the day to day running of the office side. She manages the accounts division as well as ensuring the client gets the best possible product at the right price. She has a long history in the building industry through a family background.

Sharon Giles - Administration

Sharon has many years of office administration experience from a variety of industries. Sharon works at the centre of our business organising and assisting at each stage of the building process. She is happy to help clients with any queries.

Michael Avinou, Building Designer

Our head designer, Michael has designed for some of the major national builders over his career. He has a keen eye for attention to detail, and is happy to work with you in changing designs to better suit your lifestyle.

Russell Wyer, Sales

Russell has been in the real estate industry for 20 years. He is the manager of Richardson and Wrench Campbelltown and Ingleburn. He has an extensive knowledge of the housing industry as well as the Macarthur area. Russell works closely with the team at Fairmont in sales of display homes and house and land packages.
