TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Inspiration upgrades packages only applies to Fairmont Homes (NSW) standard house designs. Client is allowed a choice of one upgrade package only. Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with House and Land Packages and Custom Homes. Tender must be accepted within 7 days of presentation and contract signed within 28 days of tender acceptance for offers to be valid. Deletions of any items from this promotion will not be credited. Offer valid to new customers only, who pay $990/$1490 tender process. Upgrades packages cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer
