Gregory Hills Land Sales and Information Centre - Client:Dartwest

In early 2010, Fairmont Homes NSW won the tender to construct the Land sales and Information Centre for Sydney’s newest estate, Gregory Hills.  


We are proud to have completed this architecturally designed structure, to the high standard that was necessary. It was a joy and pleasure for both the construction manager and supervisor to see the finished product at the quality it has come out of.


The structure was designed in a way, that once the sales centre has served its purpose as a sales office, it will be converted into a duplex.


External Features of the building include a mixture of Shadowclad, colorbond sheeting, brickwork and render. The internal features display 4 step cornice, polished timber flooring, two storey glass voids, tiles and a café.


The Centre is located at 18 McKenzie Boulevard, Gregory Hills NSW 2557
